Manager of Middletown Mall sentenced for bankruptcy and tax fraud 02/13/2020 12:00 AM EST Dietrich S. Fansler, former owner of the Middletown Mall, was sentenced today to 18 months incarceration for bankruptcy fraud and tax fraud, U.S. Attorney Bill Powell announced. Fansler, of Morgantown, West Virginia, is the managing member of Pin Oak Properties, LLC, which operated Middletown Mall in Fairmont. Justice Department Seeks to Shut Down Georgia Tax Return Preparer 02/12/2020 12:00 AM EST The United States filed a civil injunction suit seeking to bar Wesley Adam Kroll from owning or operating a tax return preparation business and preparing tax returns for others, the Justice Department announced today.
