Secretary of State Michael R. Pompeo met today with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenka in Minsk, Belarus. Secretary Pompeo and President Lukashenka discussed U.S. commitment to a sovereign, independent, and prosperous Belarus. The Secretary highlighted the recent agreement to exchange ambassadors as another affirmation of our desire to continue normalizing our bilateral relationship.
