Secretary Perdue Announces New FSIS Leadership U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue today announced the appointment of Paul Kiecker to serve as Administrator of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS).
