Ryles, age 30, pled guilty to one count of "Unlawful Possession of a Firearm." Berkeley County woman admits to theft of government property 01/31/2020 12:00 AM EST Crystal M. Tress, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, has admitted to stealing government property, U.S. Attorney Bill Powell announced.
