BREAKING: Michelle Carter, young woman convicted in texting suicide case, released from jail

The young woman convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the death of her boyfriend, Conrad Roy III, who died by suicide, was released from jail in Massachusetts on Thursday morning.Michelle Carter, now 23, had repeatedly sent text messages pushing Roy to kill himself. The U.S. Supreme Court recently refused to take up her appeal, leaving her conviction intact, but she was released from jail three months early on good behavior.
