34 U.S. troops diagnosed with concussions and traumatic brain injuries after Iran missile attack

Thirty-four U.S. service members were diagnosed with concussions and traumatic brain injuries following Iranian airstrikes on the Al Asad Air Base in Iraq earlier this month, the Pentagon said Friday. President Donald Trump on Wednesday appeared to downplay the severity of the injuries, saying, "I heard they had headaches."
