मार्ग को 19 जनवरी 2025 के समझौते के तहत लागू व्यवस्था के अनुरूप खोला जाएगा। गाज़ा का शासन विशेषज्ञों की एक गैरराजनीतिक फ़लस्तीनी समिति के अस्थायी संक्रमणकालीन प्राधिकार के तहत होगा, जो गाज़ा में लोगों के लिए सार्वजनिक सेवाओं और नगरपालिकाओं के दिन-प्रतिदिन के संचालन के लिए ज़िम्मेदार होगी। यह समिति योग्य फ़लस्तीनियों और अंतरराष्ट्रीय विशेषज्ञों से बनी होगी, जिसकी निगरानी और पर्यवेक्षण एक नवगठित
