I want to see if airlines and consumer discretionary stocks see any follow through to the upside! 5. Gold may have more upside  but it’s opening up weaker — be cautious and lower exposure if long. 6. Stocks to watch to the upside: PYPL, UAL, SHOP, SE, ZTS, SBUX. 7. Stocks to watch to the downside: VAL, APLS. 8. C'est pourquoi j'annonce aujourd'hui une intensification de l'aide sécuritaire à l'Ukraine ainsi qu'une série d'actions supplémentaires en vue d'aider l'Ukraine à gagner cette guerre. Voici ce que j'annonce aujourd'hui : J'ai donné pour instruction au département de la Défense d'affecter tout ce qui reste des fonds d'assistance sécuritaire alloués à l'Ukraine d'ici la fin de mon mandat. À ces fins, le département de la Défense affectera les fonds restants de l'Initiative d'assistance à la sécurité de l'Ukraine (USAI) d'ici la fin de l'année. J'ai également autorisé un montant de 5,5 milliards de dollars au titre de l'Autorisation présidentielle de prélèvement, afin que cette autorisation n'expire pas et que mon administration puisse utiliser entièrement les fonds alloués par le Congrès pour soutenir le prélèvement d'équipements américains au profit de l'Ukraine et reconstituer ensuite les stocks américains. Le département de la Défense annonce une aide sécuritaire de 2,4 milliards de dollars dans le cadre de l'initiative d'assistance à la sécurité de l'Ukraine (USAI), qui permettra de fournir à l'Ukraine des munitions supplémentaires pour sa défense aérienne, des systèmes aériens sans pilote et des munitions air-sol, ainsi que de renforcer la base industrielle de défense de l'Ukraine et de répondre à ses besoins en matière d'entretien et de maintien en puissance. Aux fins de renforcer les capacités de frappe à longue portée de l'Ukraine, j'ai décidé de fournir à l'Ukraine des munitions à longue portée de type JSOW. Aux fins de renforcer davantage les défenses aériennes de l'Ukraine, j'ai donné pour instruction au département de la Défense de remettre en état et de fournir à l'Ukraine une batterie supplémentaire de défense aérienne Patriot ainsi que des missiles Patriot supplémentaires. Ces mesures s'inscrivent dans le prolongement de la décision que j'ai prise en début d'année, à savoir réorienter les exportations américaines de matériel de défense aérienne vers l'Ukraine, ce qui permettra de lui fournir des centaines de missiles Patriot et AMRAAM supplémentaires au cours de l'année à venir et l'aidera à défendre ses villes et sa population. Aux fins de renforcer les capacités de l'armée de l'air ukrainienne, j'ai donné pour instruction au département de la Défense d'accroître la formation des pilotes de F-16 ukrainiens, notamment en soutenant la formation de 18 pilotes supplémentaires l'année prochaine. Aux fins de lutter contre le contournement des sanctions russes et le blanchiment d'argent, le département de la Justice, le département du Trésor et le Service secret américains ont pris des mesures aujourd'hui destinées à perturber un réseau mondial de cryptomonnaies, en coordination avec des partenaires internationaux. Les États-Unis continueront d'accroître les coûts imposés à la Russie pour sa guerre contre l'Ukraine et de priver de ressources la base industrielle de défense russe. Le mois prochain, j'organiserai en Allemagne une réunion du Groupe de contact pour la défense de l'Ukraine entre hauts dirigeants afin de coordonner les efforts de la cinquantaine de pays qui soutiennent l'Ukraine dans sa défense contre l'agression russe.
