| Trademarks introduces AI enhancements to trademark search and Trademark Center We're introducing artificial intelligence (AI) features to make your trademark search and application experience easier. Image search Starting today, you can try the new beta feature in our search system that allows you to upload an image to search for similar marks. The feature works the same as searching by an image on an internet search engine. Log into your USPTO.gov account and simply upload an image into our search system to get results with similar design elements. See Trademark search system updates to learn more. Mark description and color claim generator Coming soon on April 23, you can use the new mark description and color claim generator in Trademark Center to take the guesswork out of what to include in a trademark application. Class ACT We recently shared news about the Trademark Classification Agentic Codification Tool, or "Class ACT," which immediately assigns international classes to unclassified applications, as well as the design search codes and pseudo marks that make these records searchable.
