Carlos Manuel Cotto-Cruz sentenced to fifteen years in prison for possession with intent to distribute cocaine, crack cocaine, fentanyl, marijuana and heroin 04/03/2026 08:00 AM EDT SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico – On March 26, 2026, U.S. District Court Judge Aida Delgado-Colón sentenced Carlos Manuel Cotto-Cruz to 188 months (fifteen years and eight months) in prison followed by five years of supervised release for possession with intent to distribute cocaine, crack cocaine, fentanyl, marijuana, and heroin in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
