Annapolis Man Indicted on Child Sex Abuse Charges 03/12/2026 08:00 AM EDT Baltimore, Maryland – A federal grand jury indicted an Anne Arundel County, Maryland, man in connection with child sex abuse crimes. Shawn Livingston, 38, of Annapolis, Maryland, is charged with two counts of coercion and enticement of minors and 12 counts of receipt of child sexual abuse material.
