GAINESVILLE FELON CHARGED WITH ARMED DRUG TRAFFICKING AND ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF A FIREARM 03/04/2026 07:00 AM EST GAINESVILLE, FLORIDA – Eddie Jerome Scott, 38, of Gainesville, Florida, was indicted by a federal grand jury charging him with two counts of distribution of methamphetamine, one count of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance over 50 grams of methamphetamine, cocaine and fentanyl, possessing a firearm in connection with drug trafficking, and possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon.  FORMER LOCAL FIREFIGHTER SENTENCED TO 75 YEARS IN FEDERAL PRISON FOR PRODUCTION & POSSESSION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY 03/04/2026 07:00 AM EST PENSACOLA, FLORIDA – Garey A. Buscaino, 48, of Pensacola, Florida, was sentenced to 75 years in federal prison on charges related to a decade-long pattern of producing and possessing child pornography. PERRY FELON PLEADS GUILTY TO DISTRIBUTION OF METHAMPHETAMINE WHILE ON SUPERVISED RELEASE 03/04/2026 07:00 AM EST TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA – Robert "Bobby" Shane Willis, 46, of Perry, Florida, pleaded guilty in federal court to distribution of 5 grams or more of methamphetamine, with a sentencing enhancement due to a prior conviction for a serious drug felony.
