Hartford Man Sentenced to 5 Years in Federal Prison for Drug Trafficking Offenses 03/10/2026 08:00 AM EDT RAFAEL ORLANDO GARCIA, 35, of Hartford, was sentenced today by U.S. District Judge Sarala V. Nagala in Hartford to 60 months of imprisonment and four years of supervised release for distributing fentanyl and cocaine.
