The FBI has announced three new additions to their Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list:

The FBI's Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list is designed to publicize dangerous fugitives who might not otherwise merit worldwide attention. Since its creation in 1950, 501 of the 540 fugitives added to the Ten Most Wanted list have been apprehended or located. One hundred and sixty-three of the apprehensions have been the result of public cooperation.

Heath R. Janke was named Assistant Director of the FBI's Criminal Division in February 2026. He most recently served as Special Agent in Charge of the Phoenix Field Office. Mr. Janke joined the FBI as a Special Agent in 2004 assigned to the Kansas City Field Office, where he was awarded the U.S. Attorney General's Award for Distinguished Service for his work on a federal death penalty hate crime homicide investigation. Mr. Janke received his juris doctorate from the University of North Dakota. Prior to joining the FBI, he was a civil litigator in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
