Anchorage Doctor Sentenced to Prison for Multi-Million-Dollar Health Care Fraud and Tax Evasion 03/18/2026 08:00 AM EDT An Anchorage doctor was sentenced yesterday to six and a half years in prison and three years of supervised release for executing a $12.5 million health care fraud scheme and evading over $4 million in taxes on the profits of that 15-year scheme. Her husband and co-defendant was sentenced to three years of probation, with two years to be served in home confinement.
