FEDERAL CHILD PORNOGRAPHY CHARGES FOR REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER 03/11/2026 08:00 AM EDT PENSACOLA, FLORIDA – Donschee Ricky Montrell Foster, 33, of Pensacola, Florida, was indicted a federal grand jury charging him with one count of possession of obscene material, one count of possession of child pornography, and one count of being a registered sex offender while committing child exploitation crimes.  Lowell Man Sentenced to Five Years in Prison for Child Pornography Offenses 03/11/2026 08:00 AM EDT BOSTON – A Lowell man was sentenced yesterday in federal court in Boston for receiving and possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Repeat sex offender sentenced for possessing child sex abuse material 03/11/2026 08:00 AM EDT Keith Wolf, a registered sex offender who spent nearly a decade in state prison for child molestation and sexual exploitation of children, has been sentenced to federal prison for possessing a large collection of child sex abuse material. A law enforcement investigation revealed that Wolf started to build that collection and distribute images from it shortly after his release from state custody.
