Crush The Week
Week 8 is a whole new danger zone. Not because you're weak, but because you're far stronger now. Strong enough to forget why you started.

You've stacked nearly two months of nothing but good old-fashioned hard work. Your body is adapting and ready to choose effort over comfort. Your mind is adjusted, and prepared to persevere. At this very moment, you might even be feeling strong and confident enough to think your work here is done. That's not wise or impressive – it's hasteful.

You've earned this momentum, but momentum is fragile. Slow down, and you lose it all. What a waste it would be…

You've earned your place in Week 8.

If you're still here, you're already ahead of the masses. You are doing this RIGHT. The work is no longer glamorous and the pack is thinning – it's not by accident. Only true Spartans remain ready to conquer the weeks ahead, and you're one of them.

Week 8 is where you double down, not back off.
