Upshur County Man Admits to Trafficking Methamphetamine 02/05/2026 07:00 AM EST A Rock Cave, West Virginia man has admitted to selling methamphetamine in Upshur County, announced U.S. Attorney Matthew L. Harvey. Colton Darrell Lester, 37, pled guilty today to the distribution of more than 5 grams of methamphetamine.
