Mexican National Sentenced to 48 Months in Prison for Role in Cocaine Conspiracy 02/04/2026 07:00 AM EST TUCSON, Ariz. – Aaron Leopoldo Aguirre-Gutierrez, 50, of Nogales, Sonora, Mexico, was sentenced on Jan. 20, 2026, by U.S. District Judge Raner C. Collins to 48 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release. Aguirre-Gutierrez previously pleaded guilty to Conspiracy to Distribute Cocaine.  Utah Business Owner of Urban Armz LLC Sentenced to Two Years' Imprisonment After Defrauding Victims $591,932 02/04/2026 07:00 AM EST ST. GEORGE, Utah – A Utah man who misrepresented his business, Urban Armz, LLC, as a federal firearms licensee based in St. George, was sentenced today to 24 months' imprisonment after he engaged in financial fraud by falsely representing to customers that his business could fulfill orders to help first responders in Ukrainian warzones. Instead, the defendant and his coconspirator used the money elsewhere, including on personal expenses.  First defendant in drug trafficking organization dealing in the International District and homeless encampments sentenced to 30 months in prison 02/04/2026 07:00 AM EST Seattle – The first of some 20 defendants charged with trafficking narcotics in Seattle's homeless encampments and International District was sentenced today in U.S. District Court to 30 months in prison, announced First Assistant U.S. Attorney Charles Neil Floyd.  Deering, Alaska, man sentenced to prison for sexual assault of teen seated next to him on flight from Anchorage to Seattle 02/04/2026 07:00 AM EST Seattle – A 29-year-old Deering, Alaska man was sentenced today in U.S. District Court in Seattle to 18 months in prison for abusive sexual contact on board an aircraft, announced First Assistant U.S. Attorney Charles Neil Floyd.  Mexican National Sentenced to 78 Months in Prison for Role in Drug Conspiracy 02/04/2026 07:00 AM EST TUCSON, Ariz. – Sebastian Martinez-Romero, 22, of Nogales, Sonora, Mexico, was sentenced on Jan. 20, 2026, by U.S. District Judge Angela Martinez to 78 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release. Martinez-Romero previously pleaded guilty to Conspiracy to Distribute Fentanyl and Methamphetamine.
