Honolulu Man Sentenced to 15 Years in Federal Prison for Production of Child Pornography 02/11/2026 07:00 AM EST HONOLULU – United States Attorney Ken Sorenson announced that Devan Caulk, 21, of Honolulu, Hawaii, was sentenced today to fifteen years in federal prison followed by ten years of supervised release for producing child pornography.  He must also register as a sex offender.  Caulk pled guilty pursuant to a plea agreement in October 2025.
