Former U.S. Air Force Pilot Arrested, Charged with Providing Defense Services to the Chinese Military  02/25/2026 07:00 AM EST Gerald Eddie Brown, Jr., 65, a former U.S. Air Force officer and pilot, was arrested today in Jeffersonville, Indiana, and charged by criminal complaint for providing, and conspiring to provide, unauthorized defense services to Chinese military pilots in violation of the Arms Export Control Act.  Jury Convicts Las Vegas Man Of Threatening To Murder Federal Officials And State Employees 02/25/2026 07:00 AM EST LAS VEGAS – A jury convicted a Las Vegas man of threatening to assault and murder federal officials and state employees in Washington, D.C., New York, and Montana. Suspect Arrested and Charged with Attempting to Set Fire to a Building Utilized by DHS 02/24/2026 07:00 AM EST Sarah Elizabeth George, 43, of Boise, was arrested Monday in Boise on federal criminal charges, U.S. Attorney Bart M. Davis announced. According to the criminal complaint, on February 18, 2026, George stole and then drove an ambulance into the Portico building in Meridian, Idaho, before she dumped gasoline in the ambulance and building intending to light a fire.  News outlets had reported that the Department of Homeland Security leased a portion of the Portico building prior to George's actions. Former General Manager for U.S. Defense Contractor Sentenced to 87 Months for Selling Stolen Trade Secrets to Russian Broker 02/24/2026 07:00 AM EST WASHINGTON — Peter Williams, 39, an Australian national who was employed by a U.S. defense contractor, was sentenced today in U.S. District Court to 87 months in federal prison for selling his employer's trade secrets to a Russian cyber-tools broker. Nevada Man Pleads Guilty To Arson At Tesla Collision Center In Las Vegas 02/24/2026 07:00 AM EST LAS VEGAS – A Las Vegas man pleaded guilty Monday to using a firearm and Molotov cocktails to destroy and damage vehicles and property at a Tesla Collision center in March 2025. Department of Justice Selects U.S. Attorney's Office in Chicago As Leading Prosecutorial Partner on Trade Fraud Task Force 02/24/2026 07:00 AM EST The Trade Fraud Task Force will pursue enforcement actions against parties who seek to evade customs laws or smuggle prohibited goods into the U.S.
