FORMER PHYSICIAN SENTENCED TO OVER SEVEN YEARS IN FEDERAL PRISON FOR DISTRIBUTION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY 01/23/2026 07:00 AM EST GAINESVILLE, FLORIDA – Jesse Roger Armstrong, 35, of Gainesville, Florida, was sentenced to ninety months in prison after previously pleading guilty to distribution of child pornography.  FLORIDA ATTORNEY'S RACKETEERING CONVICTION FOR DEFRAUDING NFL PLAYERS & OTHER CLIENTS AFFIRMED BY THE ELEVENTH CIRCUIT 01/23/2026 07:00 AM EST TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA – On January 7, 2026, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit affirmed the conviction and sentence of Phillip Timothy Howard, 64, of Tallahassee, Florida. Howard is serving a 14-year federal prison sentence after pleading guilty to racketeering (RICO) in 2023.
