Checotah Resident Pleads Guilty To Distributing Methamphetamine 12/03/2025 07:00 AM EST MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announces that Joshua Darrin Breshears, age 33, of Checotah, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to one count of Distribution of Methamphetamine, punishable by ten years to life in prison, and a fine of up to $10,000,000.The Indictment alleged that on or about May 31, 2024, Breshears knowingly and intentionally distributed 50 grams or more of methamphetamine (actual), a Schedule II controlled substance.
