MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Davoshia Tyrice Mason, age 30, of Charlotte, North Carolina, entered a guilty plea to a felony Information of one count of Theft of Public Monies, punishable by a term of up to ten years' imprisonment and a fine of $250,000.00.The Information alleged that beginning in January 8, 2024, and continuing until June 2, 2025, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma and elsewhere, Mason willfully and knowingly embezzled, stole, and converted to his own use, and the use of others, money and things of value of the United States, and a department and agency of the United States, that is, the Veterans Affairs Department, to which Mason knew he was not entitled, having a value exceeding $1,000.00.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Justin Janae Stancle, age 34, of Muskogee, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 14 months in prison for one count of Felon in Possession of Firearm and Ammunition.On July 30, 2025, Stancle pleaded guilty to the charge.  According to investigators, on February 21, 2025, deputies conducting a routine traffic stop discovered Stancle in possession of a Glock 27 semi-automatic pistol.  At the time of the traffic stop, Stancle had been previously convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year imprisonment.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Brandon Lee Smith, age 31, of Wichita Falls, Texas, was sentenced to 33 months in prison for one count of Felon in Possession of Firearm.On June 10, 2025, Smith pleaded guilty to the charge.  According to investigators, on January 18, 2025, Smith possessed a firearm which he sold to a federally licensed firearm dealer in Ardmore, Oklahoma, during a video-recorded transaction.  Prior to that transaction, Smith had been convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year of imprisonment.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Dacario Larome Stancle, age 27, of Muskogee, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 120 months in prison for one count of Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine.On March 12, 2025, Stancle pleaded guilty to the charge.  According to investigators, on October 26, 2024, Stancle knowingly and intentionally possessed 500 grams or more of a detectable amount of methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance, intending to distribute it.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Garret James Walkos, age 26, of Red Oak, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 360 months in prison for one count of Aggravated Sexual Abuse of a Minor in Indian Country.On May 29, 2025, Walkos pleaded guilty to the charge.  According to investigators, beginning in June 2023 and continuing until March 2024, Walkos knowingly engaged in a sexual act with a minor who had not attained the age of 12 years.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Kenneth Marvin Bray, a/k/a Marvin Bray, age 54, of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 37 months in prison for one count of Felon in Possession of Firearm.On July 1, 2025, Bray pleaded guilty to the charge.  According to investigators, Bray knowingly possessed a 9mm semi-automatic pistol on November 30, 2023, after having been previously convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year in prison.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Andrew Frank Lerblance, a/k/a Andrew Frank Lerblance, Jr., age 66, of Checotah, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 84 months in prison for one count of Distribution of Methamphetamine.On June 30, 2025, Lerblance pleaded guilty to the charge.  According to investigators, on October 3, 2023, Lerblance sold approximately 55 grams of methamphetamine in the parking lot of the Flying J Travel Center in Checotah, Oklahoma.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Denim Cole Adams, age 21, of Muskogee, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to one count of Possession of an Unregistered Firearm, punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.The Indictment alleged that on July 4, 2024, Adams knowingly possessed a 12-gauge, pump-action shotgun, with a barrel of less than 18 inches in length, which was not registered to him in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Hyden Bishop Russell, age 19, of Muskogee, Oklahoma, was sentenced to a term of three years' probation for one count of Possession of a Stolen Firearm.On June 17, 2025, Russell pleaded guilty to the charge.  According to investigators, on December 11, 2024, an officer responding to a 911 report of a road rage incident pulled over the vehicle involved and discovered Russell in possession of a loaded Glock 17 semiautomatic pistol which had been stolen from a federally licensed firearm dealer.
