Ecuadorian National Sentenced to 18 Months in Federal Prison for Illegally Reentering U.S. after Sex Assault Conviction 12/05/2025 07:00 AM EST ROBERTO MUY, 35, a citizen of Ecuador last residing in Torrington, was sentenced yesterday by U.S. District Judge Michael P. Shea in Hartford to 18 months of imprisonment for illegally reentering the United States after being deported.
