Kadonta Muldrew, 31, of Omaha, Nebraska, was sentenced on November 19, 2025, in federal court in Omaha for conspiracy to distribute fentanyl, possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Romeo Edilzar Yaxcal-Tiul, 26, of Guatemala, was sentenced on November 19, 2025, in federal court in Omaha, Nebraska, for falsely representing a social security number and resisting a federal officer.

James Hatten, II, 54, of Omaha, Nebraska, was sentenced on November 7, 2025, in federal court in Omaha for five counts of Sex Trafficking a Minor.

United States Attorney Lesley A. Woods announced that 13 Crips gang members were indicted together on a range of federal organized crime charges, including murder in aid of racketeering, murder by firearm, firearms trafficking conspiracy, firearms conspiracy, assault with a dangerous weapon, discharging firearms during and relation to crimes of violence, and other related offenses.

Justin Jelinek, 43, of Grand Island, Nebraska, was charged on October 29, 2025, by criminal complaint in Lincoln, Nebraska. Jelinek is charged with Assault on a Federal Task Force Officer with a Deadly or Dangerous Weapon, Attempted Murder of a Federal Task Force Officer, Discharge of a Firearm During and Relation to a Crime of Violence, Receipt of Child Pornography, and Possession of Child Pornography.

Khyre Holbert, 31, of Omaha, Nebraska, was charged by complaint for being a felon in possession of a firearm for his role in a shooting that occurred in Omaha, Nebraska on October 4, 2025.
