Attica man charged by criminal complaint with production of child pornography 11/17/2025 07:00 AM EST U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced today that Edward Forrester, 67, of Attica, NY, was charged by criminal complaint with production of child pornography and possession of child pornography following a prior conviction. The charges carry a mandatory minimum penalty of 15 years in prsion and a maximum of 30 years.
