Informal Comments Requested on EVV Draft Rule Due Nov. 25 The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is amending the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) rules to make changes related to the end of the Medicare-Medicaid Plans (MMPs) program and to add the alternative device compliance review and enforcement standards. These rule amendments are anticipated to be adopted in Fall 2026. The draft rules are published on the HHSC Proposed and Draft Rules webpage as "Title 1, Chapter 354, concerning Electronic Visit Verification Updates", Project No. 26R004. HHSC is requesting comments from all EVV stakeholders on the draft rules. Please submit your comments to HHSC EVV Operations. Comments will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. CST, Nov. 25.
