The following GAIN reports were released on November 13-14, 2025.

_______

Thailand: Grain and Feed Monthly

Thai rice exports continued a steady decline in October with year-to-date shipments below last year's level as logistics challenges persisted. Harvest progress for marketing Year 2025/26 main-crop rice proceeded on schedule with stable yields, supported by improved water conditions and favorable monsoon rainfall.

Thailand: Grain and Feed Monthly

FAS Bangkok forecasts MY 2025/26 rice production to marginally drop compared to MY 2024/25, while Thailand's MY 2025/26 rice exports will fall sharply in response to strong global competition, especially among white rice producers. Domestic MY 2025/26 corn production is stable, with imports and feed alternatives meeting growing demand, while regulatory controls keep domestic corn prices high. The Thai government announced intentions to place additional environmental requirements on corn imports in 2026. Post projects lower MY 2025/26 wheat imports due to high stocks and a change in quota administration.

Ukraine: Dairy and Products Annual

Post forecasts Ukraine's total fluid milk production in 2026 to decline further, due to decrease in cow inventory, industrial production challenges related to the Russia-Ukraine war, and inefficient household production. Post forecasts consumption of dairy products in 2026 to grow insignificantly, with increasing disposable incomes offset by population outflows. Imports of cheese will remain strong, with the EU being the major supplier. Exports of butter and skim milk powder will increase insignificantly in 2026, following the restoration of EU market access. Russian attacks on Ukrainian infrastructure and the mobilization of workers remain the main risk factors for both milk producers and dairy processors.

Vietnam: Grain and Feed Quarterly

Feed demand forecasts are revised downward due to lower than expected growth in livestock feed demand and increased exports of local feed ingredients. Wheat consumption and imports are revised slightly upward, reflecting stronger than expected demand from food processors. Cambodian paddy rice imports are helping offset Vietnam's declining domestic rice production, but weaker export prices and reduced demand have led to a downward revision in rice exports.
