Noble Outdoors Owner Sentenced for Conspiracy to Violate the Lacey Act Involving 114 Illegal Hunts 09/11/2025 08:00 AM EDT Dustin Noble, 46, of North Platte, Nebraska, was sentenced on September 4, 2025, in federal court in Lincoln, Nebraska, for Conspiracy to violate the Lacey Act.  Lincoln Man Sentenced for Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine 09/04/2025 08:00 AM EDT Nathaniel Lee Stephenson, 28, of Lincoln, Nebraska, was sentenced on September 4, 2025, in federal court in Lincoln for distribution of 50 grams or more of methamphetamine actual (pure).  Jury Convicts Omaha Man of Possessing Firearms in Furtherance of Fentanyl Dealing 09/02/2025 08:00 AM EDT United States Attorney Lesley A. Woods announced that on August 28, 2025, a federal jury returned a guilty verdict against Jeron Morris, 33, of Omaha, Nebraska, for possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
