MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Catherine Victoria Rogers, age 52, of Muskogee, Oklahoma, was sentenced to two years' probation for one count of Acquiring Hydrocodone by Misrepresentation, Fraud, Forgery, and Deception.On October 23, 2024, Rogers pleaded guilty to the charge. According to investigators, between August and November 2023, while serving as a nurse with the VA Medical Center in Muskogee, Oklahoma, Rogers removed approximately 132 pills of Hydrocodone, a Schedule II controlled substance, from the medical center's medication storage and distribution system for her personal benefit.
