Raia, announced today that YUANJUN TANG, a naturalized citizen of the United States and resident of Flushing, Queens, pled guilty to conspiring to act in the United States as an unregistered agent of the People's Republic of China ("PRC") before U.S. District Judge John G. Koeltl.   Man Pleads Guilty to Conspiring to Act as Illegal Agent of the Chinese Government in the United States 09/16/2025 08:00 AM EDT Yuanjun Tang, 68, a naturalized citizen of the United States and resident of Flushing, Queens, pleaded guilty today to conspiring to act in the United States as an unregistered agent of the People's Republic of China (PRC). Tren de Aragua Members Charged with May 2024 Double Murder in the Bronx and Other Racketeering Offenses 09/16/2025 08:00 AM EDT The Justice Department announced today the unsealing of a superseding indictment charging 10 members of the designated foreign terrorist organization Tren de Aragua (TdA) with participating in a racketeering conspiracy and committing multiple violent crimes in aid of racketeering. Foreign Fighter Convicted In April 2018 Double Homicide And Armed Robbery Of Florida Couple 09/16/2025 08:00 AM EDT Fort Myers, Florida – United States Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe announces that a federal jury has found Craig Austin Lang (35, Kyiv, Ukraine) guilty of conspiracy to commit robbery and discharging a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence, robbery interfering with commerce, discharging a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence which resulted in death, conspiring to kill persons in a foreign country, and a violation of the Neutrality Act. Lang faces a maximum penalty of life in federal prison. His sentencing hearing is scheduled for March 27, 2026. Lang was indicted on December 4, 2019. Indiana Man Arrested in Connection With Sending Threat Involving the Naval Academy on a Social Media App 09/16/2025 08:00 AM EDT Baltimore, Maryland – Federal law enforcement arrested Jackson Fleming, 23, of Chesterton, Indiana, on suspicion of sending an online threat through a social media application connected to the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.  A magistrate judge approved a complaint charging Fleming with one count of transmitting a threat in interstate communication in the Northern District of Indiana.  Authorities arrested Fleming on September 12, 2025, in Indiana. He made his initial appearance in the Northern District of Indiana on September 15.  Chesterton Man Arrested for Threat to United States Naval Academy 09/16/2025 08:00 AM EDT Former Defense Contractor Sentenced to Over 10 Years in Prison for Attempted Espionage 09/15/2025 08:00 AM EDT
