Andre Rushing, 23, of the District of Columbia, was sentenced today to 108 months in federal prison for his role in a March 2023 spree of armed carjackings and robberies in the metropolitan area that victimized at least six people, announced U.S. Attorney Jeanine Ferris Pirro.
