Jamestown sex offender pleads guilty to child pornography charge 08/20/2025 08:00 AM EDT U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced today that Timothy Douglas, 65, of Jamestown, NY, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara to possession of child pornography by person having prior conviction related to aggravated sexual abuse, sexual abuse, and abusive sexual conduct involving a minor, which carries a mandatory minimum penalty of 10 years in prsion, a maximum of 20 years, and a fine of $250,000.
