ALABAMA MAN FACES FEDERAL MURDER CHARGES 08/25/2025 08:00 AM EDT PENSACOLA, FLORIDA – Charles Carson-Dowdy, 30, of Mobile, Alabama, has been indicted in federal court on charges of cyberstalking, interstate domestic violence, murder through use of a firearm, discharging a firearm during a crime of violence, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in relation to the death of Starmichael L. Tucker in Pensacola, Florida, earlier this year.
