| USPTO announces an increase of the annual limit on accepted requests for Track One prioritized examination The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has issued a final rule further expanding the availability of Track One prioritized examination. Starting in the current fiscal year, the USPTO will increase the number of requests that may be accepted in a fiscal year from 15,000 to 20,000.
