Previously Convicted Murderer in Possession of a Glock Sentenced to 32 Months in Prison 07/25/2025 08:00 AM EDT Wendell Smith, 60, of the District of Columbia, was sentenced today  to  32 months in federal prison for being a previously convicted felon in possession of a loaded Glock firearm when he was stopped by police for speeding on the Suitland Parkway, announced U.S. Attorney Jeanine Ferris Pirro.
