The men are charged for their roles in a Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) conspiracy, including murder and drug trafficking. Perry County Man Found Guilty on Twelve Counts of Production of Child Sexual Abuse Material 07/15/2025 08:00 AM EDT James Johnson, of Houston, Arkansas, was convicted by a federal jury on 12 counts of production of child sexual abuse material.  Rochester man going to prison for five years for arson 07/15/2025 08:00 AM EDT U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced today that Jermaine Fields, 38, of Rochester, NY, who pleaded guilty to arson, was sentenced to serve 60 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Charles J. Siragusa.  Hamburg man charged with threatening a member of Congress 07/15/2025 08:00 AM EDT U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced today that Gerald T. Przybylski, 78, of Hamburg, NY, was arrested and charged by criminal complaint with transmitting in interstate and foreign commerce, specifically using the internet, communications that contained threats to injure a member of Congress, which carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.  Colombian man pleads guilty, sentenced for illegal re-entry 07/15/2025 08:00 AM EDT U.S. Attorney Michael DiGiacomo announced today that Edwuin Rogelio Lozano, 46, a citizen of Colombia, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara to illegal re-entry. Rogelio Lozano was then sentenced to time served and turned over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.  Man Sentenced to 300 Months in Prison for Child Exploitation 07/15/2025 08:00 AM EDT SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico – On July 7, 2025, United States District Court Judge Aida Delgado-Colón sentenced Ángel Alexis Vázquez-Sánchez to 300 months (25 years) in prison, to be followed by 15 years of supervised release, for child exploitation. Vázquez-Sánchez, 27, from Jayuya, PR, was indicted on March 5, 2024, and plead guilty on January 29, 2025.
