It's about something our guests couldn't stop raving about during it.  Meet Yacon Syrup, our naturally sweet syrup made from the ground apple (yacon root).   Served every morning during the tour with warm roti (flat bread), it quickly became the favorite part of breakfast for most of them.   Not even joking, people were asking if they could take a bottle with them in the suitcase.
