View Online IMMEDIATE RELEASE Senior Enlisted Advisor Announcement July 8, 2025 The Office of the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (OSEAC) announced today the following assignment: United States Army Sergeant Major Petra M. Casarez, currently assigned as the Sergeant Major for Headquarters, Department of the Army G-4, has been selected to replace United States Air Force Chief Master Sergeant Alvin Dyer as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader, Defense Logistics Agency.
