Nation's Largest Property Management Company to Pay Over $1.4M for Unlawful Charges on Military Servicemembers 06/24/2025 08:00 AM EDT WASHINGTON — The Justice Department announced today that Greystar Real Estate Partners LLC will pay over $1.4 million to resolve allegations that it violated the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) when it imposed illegal fees on military servicemembers who terminated their leases after receiving military relocation orders.
