Bookkeepers were on the chopping block, too. Twenty-six percent of them lost their jobs over the same time period. Software like QuickBooks replaced them. We're already seeing that happen now. AI is reshaping call centers. It's changing design and manufacturing. And it's changing the world of advertising. Just about everything is changing.
