Former NYPD Officer And Accident Victim Call Center Owner Both Plead Guilty To Bribery Scheme 05/29/2025 08:00 AM EDT Jay Clayton, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York; Michael Alfonso, the Acting Special Agent in Charge of the New York Field Office of Homeland Security Investigations ("HSI"); and Christopher G.
