Fugitive Wanted for Murder in Saint Lucia Indicted in Atlanta on Firearm Charge 05/09/2025 08:00 AM EDT Orville Andrew Pernell, also known as "Oneil Christopher Reid," 32, of Saint Mary, Jamaica, was arraigned today before the Honorable John K.
