Aubrey Foxworthy, 81, California, Mo., was charged this week in superseding indictment with additional counts for possession of a silencer and possession of a machine gun.

Steven David Seeger, 46, of Bruceton Mills, West Virginia, has admitted to the coercion and enticement of a minor for sex and production of child pornography. According to court documents and statements made in court, Seeger was communicating with minor girls online.

A Cleveland man has been sentenced to prison for stealing more than 120 checks from the mail stream while he was employed by the U.S. Postal Service.

Attorney General Pamela Bondi has appointed Theodore S. Hertzberg as Interim United States Attorney for the Northern District of Georgia pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 546, which provides that "the Attorney General may appoint a United States [A]ttorney for the district in which the office of United States [A]ttorney is vacant." This appointment took effect on May 13, 2025. Chief U.S. District Judge Timothy C. Batten, Sr. administered Mr. Hertzberg's oath of office on May 14, 2025.

A Melvindale man – and former member of the Michigan Army National Guard – was arrested today after he attempted to carry out a plan to conduct a mass-shooting at a U.S. military base in Warren, Michigan, on behalf of the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham (ISIS), a foreign terrorist organization.

Lawrence James Reagan, age 40, of Colliers, West Virginia, has admitted to the distribution of methamphetamine. According to court documents, Reagan, also known as "Larry," sold methamphetamine in Hancock County.

Matthew David Viands, age 32, of Summit Point, West Virginia, has admitted to his role in a drug trafficking organization that distributed fentanyl and other illicit drugs in the Eastern Panhandle. According to court documents, Viands was a distributor of fentanyl for the organization.
