Jefferson County Man Admits to Role in Drug Trafficking Operation in Eastern Panhandle 05/14/2025 08:00 AM EDT Matthew David Viands, age 32, of Summit Point, West Virginia, has admitted to his role in a drug trafficking organization that distributed fentanyl and other illicit drugs in the Eastern Panhandle.
