What This Market Move Is Really Signaling  Stocks are up across the board heading into the week’s final trading day, with China concerns back on inventor minds, the bond market’s reaction to Fed comments Thursday, poor Applied Materials (AMAT) earnings, and Consumer Sentiment at the forefront.  We’ll get Consumer Sentiment at 10 a.m. ET The dollar is starting to go lower again and it’s not showing strength in the U.S. dollar after new trade deals were pushed down the road with the suspension of tariffs.
