FY 2025 Notice of Funding Opportunity Announcement NOW OPEN: FY 2025 Grants to Engage Men and Youth in Preventing Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, and Stalking Program (EM Program) Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) The purpose of the EM Program is to engage men and youth in preventing domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking. The EM Program is one of two NOFOs issued under the Consolidated Youth and Engaging Men Program.  Eligible applicants are Tribal, state, and local governments and organizations; and victim service providers that assist or advocate for victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking victims, including organizations with a documented history of effective work concerning domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking. Expected Award Period: 36 months Expected Award Amounts: Up to $350,000  Important Dates and Information:  Optional letter of intent: June 23, 2025 Application deadline for Grants.gov: July 8, 2025 – 11:59 p.m. ET Application deadline for JustGrants: July 10, 2025 – 8:59 p.m. ET To submit an application, all applicants must register online with the System for Award Management (SAM) and with Grants.gov. To ensure sufficient time to complete the registration process, applicants should register online with SAM and with Grants.gov immediately, and by June 19, 2025. Peer reviewers consist of active or recently retired practitioners with on-the-ground experience responding to the crimes of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking. We prioritize recruiting peer reviewers from diverse communities and geographical regions. Prior experience as a peer reviewer is not required and you cannot peer review for grants you are currently applying for.
