Thank you for considering this opportunity to provide your valuable feedback.  Session: Home and Community Based Services Employers Session 1: Monday, June 2, 2025, from 10:00-11:00 AM  Session 2: Tuesday, June 3, 2025, from 2:00-3:00 PM Session: Consumer Directed Services Employers Session 1: Friday, June 6, 2025, from 2:00-3:00 PM Session 2: Thursday, June 12, 2025, from 9:00-10:00 AM  Session: Candidates Session 1: Monday, June 9, 2025, from 1:00-2:00 PM Session 2: Wednesday, June 11, 2025, from 7:00-8:00 PM  Capacity is limited. All sessions will be hosted virtually on Microsoft Teams. Participants will be determined based on their selections on the interest form and on a first come, first served basis. Confirmed participants will receive a calendar invite according to their selected preference.
