These include webinars for workers, employers, and advocates. Please review IER's webinar schedule to choose the right presentation for you. IER enforces the anti-discrimination provision of the Immigration and Nationality Act. This law prohibits citizenship, immigration status, and national origin discrimination in hiring, firing, or recruitment or referral for a fee; unfair documentary practices; retaliation and intimidation.
