A few years before reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and The Cashflow Quadrant, I had stumbled across a bizarre newsletter on a mentor's coffee table (being 1994, it was printed on high-quality paper).
This newsletter was my first peek into the world of independent financial research...
And I was hooked.
